A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an early years practitioner position at Old Stratford Preschool.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable early years practitioner, with a child centred approach to work approximately 28 3/4 hours per week (hours to be agreed but will include 7.00am start on Monday to Thursday).  You would be expected to work as part of a team in this happy and busy environment, with daily supervision from the Preschool Manager and Deputy.

Old Stratford Preschool is an Ofsted registered charity.  We operate out of the local Community Centre in Old Stratford in a pack away setting that provides term time sessional early years education for children aged between two and five years old.  We take pride in being able to offer a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for our children to encourage them to develop and grow.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated person to join our team.  Preferably we would like the person to have a level 3 qualification as you would be responsible for your own key worker children, keeping them safe, managing their learning and development and keeping their records up to date.

Ideally you will have- 

​

• Excellent communication skills

• Good knowledge and understanding of EYFS framework

• A passion for providing high quality care and education to our young children

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or above or equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years experience
