Our Staff
 

We have an established team of staff and are proud of our high staff to children ratio.  The Manager is Dawn Higgs and her Deputy Manager is Heidi Alexander, both of whom are assisted by Mandy, Emily, Susan and Jo.  Between them they have many years of experience and training with pre-school children, supported by regular further training.

Dawn Higgs- Manager - qualifications include- level 3 line management, level 4 Early Years Educator, level 4 Assistant Enhanced SENCO support, level 3 Forest Schools leader, paediatric first aid, designated safeguarding lead, Food and Safety Hygiene

Heidi Alexander- Deputy Manager- qualifications include- NNEB Diploma, Level 3 award in First Line Management,  paediatric first aid, designated safeguarding lead, Food and Safety Hygiene, designated lead EYFS 2021 Framework.

Mandy James- Practitioner- qualifications include - level 2 Early Years Educator, paediatric first aid and safeguarding

Emily Sutton- Practitioner- qualified teacher, paediatric first aid and safeguarding

Susan Southgate- Practitioner- qualifications include- level 4 Early Years Educator, PANCO, paediatric first aid and safeguarding
